I am a coaching psychologist, registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (PSY0001070763). I am also an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society, connected to the Coaching and Psychology Interest Group, and a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc.
I have over 10 years of experience working as a psychologist in a range of settings and am passionate about providing a supportive therapeutic relationship that facilitates meaningful change.
I have worked extensively within the tertiary setting, providing counselling and coaching services to culturally diverse populations in individual and group modalities. I regularly consult to a number of organisations to provide training programs on mental health awareness, leadership, resilience building, and mental health promotion.
I incorporate health and well-being interventions into my practice and encourage clients to set up and maintain ongoing self-care. I support clients to navigate change, to explore what may be lost and what can be gained so that this process is meaningful and successful.
My style is warm and engaging, and I seek to bridge the empathic and solution-focused worlds of psychology and coaching in my practice. I am the proud father of two young sons, and I am passionate about living an active lifestyle through training for and competing in triathlon events.
